We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, which collects standard, non-identifying usage data such as pages viewed and general location (country/city level).
How we use it
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if you go ahead, to deliver the project you've asked for. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with third parties for marketing purposes. Analytics data is used in aggregate to improve the site and isn't linked back to you personally.
How long we keep it
Contact submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver an agreed project, after which they're deleted on request or as part of routine housekeeping.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time. To do any of this, email hello@hallveckdigital.co.uk.
